Casey Deering, owner of Century Builders takes pride in offering current trends and practices in the building industry and decided to take it up a notch by offering his homebuyers a home they will be able to live in regardless of whether they are first time buyers, baby boomers or somewhere in between.
"With minimal expense and modification to my house plans their really wasn't a good reason not to build my homes with visitable features and offer homeowners the benefit of having the homes certified," Deering said.
